GLENN MCARDELL: About 11 months ago, I was involved in a very serious car accident. I was driving out in the country. And I was T-boned. I was struck by a pickup truck that blatantly ran a stop sign. And I was in a smaller pickup truck. And me and my little truck went rolling through a field, ended up pretty seriously hurt.

I broke my pelvis in half, broke some ribs, bones in my lower back. I had some brain trauma which caused severe double vision. And I had to have some major surgery.

So Kanoski & Associates is one of the first firms we called. We called a couple different firms. And there were a couple of factors that I think really swayed us toward using Kanoski.

One of them--one of the things was that the day that I called Kanoski & Associates, I received a return phone call from Ron Kanoski himself. And he spent 15 or 20 minutes talking to me on the phone.

I realized after speaking with Ron that he and his staff were going to do everything in their power to make sure that Heather and I were well taken care of.

Our first meeting with our attorney, Todd Bresney, was interesting. He came to our house. And right away, we could tell this was a very personable guy, extremely articulate, very intelligent, and really seemed to be extremely knowledgeable when it came to this type of counseling and assistance.

We really didn't know what to expect working with an attorney and his assistant. And I just can't imagine anybody being more helpful, more concerned about our health and our welfare. God forbid this ever happens again to me or to Heather. But they'll be the only ones that I'll ever call in this type of situation.
